14 Day Return Policy

Seductive Nights Apparel values your satisfaction .  If you are not happy with your purchase simply return your items for a refund or exchange . A refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee .

Returned items MUST be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection in tact ( NO EXCEPTIONS ) .  Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear .  We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn , soiled , laundered or altered in any way . We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who , in our opinion , makes excessive returns and exchanges . Items received after the 14 day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customers expense .

Final Sales

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled , worn , damaged , or laundered can not be taken back .  As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature , we offer no warranty once the tags are removed . All sales are final on the following items : Panties , thongs & hosiery .

Procedure For Returns

E-mail us at  returns@seductivenightsapparel.com to request a Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item (s) you are returning . Use the original or similar box . We strongly recommend that you insure your return package , as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages . All refunds are issued in original form of payment . Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of original merchandise . A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed . Please allow sufficient time for credit to appear on your account statement . Shipping charges are non – refundable .

For an exchange , please list the size , style , and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange .  Shipping charges are non-refundable and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee .
